Cobar wave soldering flux 95-DRX+

95-DRX+ is a low-VOC, ORL0 classified low solid flux with organic activators that provides extremely low residues and optimal through hole filling. Using this flux requires the minimum of a nitrogen atmosphere on the wave. Solids content: 2.4%.

95-DRX-M+

Cobar wave soldering flux 95-DRX-M+

95-DRX-M+ is a low-VOC, ORL0 classified flux that shows powerful soldering performance and provides extremely low residues. It minimizes bridging and has a higher solids content and acid number than 95-DRX+. Solids content: 2.9%.

396-DRX+

396-DRX+ is a low-VOC, ORL0 classified low solids flux with extremely low residues and is ideal for industrial applications. Using this flux requires the minimum of a nitrogen atmosphere on the wave. Solids content: 2.4%.

396-DRX-M+

396-DRX-M+ is a low-VOC, ORL0 classified flux that shows powerful soldering performance and provides extremely low residues and is designed for industrial applications. It has a higher solids content than 396-DRX+ and can be used without nitrogen. Solids content: 2.9%.

390-RX-HT

Cobar wave soldering flux 390-RX-HT

390-RX-HT is a VOC, REL0 classified flux that is ideal for industrial and automotive applications. This high reliability flux is specifically developed for higher thermal impacts and shows high SIR values under the most critical test conditions. Using a nitrogen atmosphere on the wave will provide best soldering results. Solids content: 2.2%.

323-ITM

323-ITM is a VOC, REL1 classified generic wave solder flux designed for industrial and automotive applications. It shows low residues and is ideal for use in nozzle spray fluxing as well as foam fluxing systems. Solids content: 2.27%.
